Ducati Finds a Few More $72,500 Rockets In Its Stable
If the chance to get your hands on one of the insanely fast, incredibly rare and outrageously expensive Desmosedici RR grand prix repliracers sped past you like Casey Stoner at the Valencia GP, never fear. Ducati has "secured" a few more of the race-ready rockets and will put one in your driveway for a cool $72,500.

Harley Needs More Than Sex to Sell the V-Rod Muscle
Harley-Davidson forged the next-generation, liquid-cooled V-Rod Muscle to appeal to a younger audience. Eager to rev up sales, the company has made supermodel Marisa Miller the, ahem, face of Harley's new muscle bike. But it'll take more than sex to sell the V-Rod.
Harley, which reported a
37 percent declinein third quarter earnings and has been
slapped hard by the credit crunch, developed the V-Rod Muscle to broaden its appeal among younger buyers. But the V-Rod hasn't exactly gone over well with the base -- Harley's average customer is 47 years old -- and the kids aren't flocking to it.
SEMA 2008: Vegas does motorcycles too, baby!

While most of our focus at SEMA was on the cars and products, we don't want yo to think that bikers are left out of the party. There were dozens of great bikes all over the convention halls. This year we saw everything from an electric and a hybrid, to a lift-off body bike and a Craftsman-themed cycle. Check out the gallery.

In a bid to create a "means of transport with no affiliation to a particular type of vehicle," Peugeot unveiled the HYmotion3 concept hybrid scooter. We think it promises to be the best three-wheeled French automobile since the lugs came loose on your aunt's '62 Dauphine.
Sweet Digital Mockups of Fantasy Ferrari Motorcycle
Never in a million years will Ferrari build a motorcycle -- and with Ducatis being so awesome who needs it to? -- but it's fun to think about what might roll out of Maranello if it ever decided to give two-wheelers a try.
Many have envisioned such a machine and a few have actually built one or two of them, the best being the Ferrari-sanctioned bike Kay Engineering built in honor of Enzo Ferrari. But few have been so wild as what Amir Glinik's come up with. The Israeli industrial engineer started toying with the idea in 2005 and has been working on it ever since.
Harley-Davidson Leans In A New Direction
After watching for years as customizers converted its iconic motorcycles to three-wheelers, Harley-Davidson brought back
a trike of its own. Now it's looking to turn things around with a three-wheeler that puts the extra wheel up front -- and makes the whole thing lean into corners.
